- Create your marketing and promotional strategy. Do you have a social media marketing or email marketing plan? Those are extremely important. Are you considering word-of-mouth as well as an online presence?
- Decide if you need a team to assist you. Will having an extra set of hands make things easier on you and is it within your budget?
